Upon
payment you agree to the following:
Payment
& Registration:
To
secure booking, details of credit card and a deposit of one
day’s tariff (per house) is required. Cash, Mastercard and
Visa are accepted. Guests must register and pay the full
balance prior to arrival (minimum of five business
days).
Arrivals
& Departures:
Guests
can occupy houses from 2:00pm on date of arrival and must
vacate by 11:00am on date of departure unless otherwise
negotiated. On arrival the booked period must be taken.
Upon leaving guests must ensure all lights and electronic
appliances are off (dishwasher is an exception) and that
all windows are shut and all doors locked so house is
secure.
Cancellations:
For any
unforeseen cancellation, please advise as soon as possible.
Policy for cancellation of bookings is as follows:
a) Up to 14 days prior to booking - refund all monies
b) Within 14 days of booking - one day’s tariff retained
c) During the booked period - no refund
Outdoor
Spa:
Use of
spa is strictly at your own risk. All guests must adhere to
the spa rules and operation posted in the spa area.
Pets:
Pets are
allowed only by prior arrangement. A surcharge of $30+gst
per pet is required and is payable upon arrival. No pet is
allowed in houses, including Game Room. Guests who fail to
adhere to this requirement will be asked to leave
immediately and no refund will be granted. An outdoor
kennel is available for the comfort of your dog or cat. The
owner reserves the right to decline the acceptance of any
pet. Guests are reminded that they are responsible for
their pet during their stay and will be liable for any
damage or breakages that occur due to the pet. Any damage
must be reported to management.
Responsibility:
The
owner reserves the right to cancel or withdraw any booking
made for a person or persons, or decline to accept or
retain any such booking.
Loss
& Damage:
Guests
are reminded that they are responsible for their
accommodation during their stay and will be liable for any
damage or breakages that occur during the booked period.
Any breakages or damage must be reported to
management.
Smoking:
Smoking
is strictly prohibited in houses. Guests who fail to adhere
to this requirement will be liable for any damage, extra
cleaning, laundry charges and any cancelled bookings due to
contaminated rooms.
Candles:
The
burning of candles is strictly prohibited. Guests who fail
to adhere to this requirement will be liable for any damage
and extra cleaning.
